The Legacy Guide suggests that you use forms
in certain places as a convenient way to record basic
information. You may create your own forms, or use
the forms we've already created for you. You can also
print out the forms and fill them in by hand, or you
can fill them out on your computer and print out your
responses. There is a set of forms for each of the
life stages and a file for recording basic family
history.
The forms are Microsoft
Word document (.doc) files. Most computer users either
use Microsoft Word or a word processor that can handle
Word files. We will also provide Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
files as well, coming soon.
Left-click on a life
stage to open the forms file for that stage. Right-click
on a life stage to save the forms file for that stage
to your computer, where you can work on it off-line.
